STATUTORY AMENDMENTS – DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION

Senate Bill (SB) 1096 which contains proposals for improvement to the statutes governing the Citizens Redistricting Commission will be heard by the State Senate Appropriations Committee on Monday, May 7th at 11:00 a.m. in the State Capitol, Room 4203 . SB 1096 is scheduled as a consent item which indicates that there is no registered opposition to the bill and it is expected to pass through Committee without discussion.
Please note that Committee schedules and agendas are subject to change and you should check directly with the State Senate website. You can also register with them for e-mail up-dates on the progress of SB 1096.
